Glitch Game Testers was a research program to understand how African American males might leverage their passion for gaming into technology careers s. The students worked as a Quality Assurance (QA) team, full-time in the summer and part-time during the school year testing games and entertainment applications from 2009 - 2011. Of the 33 young men who participated in the program , all completed high school and most have gone on to college to focus on computing or digital media studies. Glitch was a research project conducted by Georgia Institute of Technology and Morehouse College and funded by the National Science Foundation. This support helps Glitch offer high quality services at extraordinarily low prices.
